Overview
Our company produces and mails custom tailored, professional MD Serious Traffic
case market letters for legal firms. This service includes the monthly
submission of all required documentation to the Attorney Grievance Commission.
We have written our own software to process the court information and prepare
your letters to allow us to offer this service at a very reasonable cost.
Case Marketing Exclusions
Your firm may select exclusions of cases where a
public defender or private attorney has entered his
or her appearance. Charge exclusions can be
selected to further reduce the number of mailings
and allow your firm to market only those cases that
suit your firm’s strengths. We also maintain a
list of people exclusions for each firm to eliminate
mailings to those persons requesting to be removed
from future advertisements. Custom exclusions
are available to further tailor your marketing
efforts to suit your firm’s needs.
Letters are processed weekly based on data that is
extracted for cases as soon as they are filed (some
even before a trial date is scheduled). The
data used in the letters is converted to proper case
and all of the data available from the courts is
extracted to allow us to address the potential
clients using a Mr. or Ms. so that your firm can be
presented in a most professional manner.
Number 10 window envelopes must be ordered by your
firm and shipped to our location. We can
assist with this and have an established
relationship with a printer that provides very
competitive pricing. You will be billed
directly from the printer for your envelopes.
We faithfully reproduce your firm’s letterhead, with
only those format changes necessary to fit the
window envelopes, and print all materials on 24 lb.,
97 bright white paper using a high quality
monochrome laser printer. A bold, black sample
of your signature is required, so that it can be
scanned and printed along with your choice of body
text.
Our Fees
The fees for our services are $20.00 per selected
court, with a maximum of $50.00 for firms selecting
3 to 5 courts, and $0.42 per letter (1st
class postage, not included).
